It’s always fun to meet someone for the first time. Some may say I’m nosey, others call me inquisitive or some might think I’m just making conversation. I will say I’m genuinely interested in people. I love movies and getting swept away in the stories of others. So I love chatting with people and hearing their stories. Well, one of the most common questions to ask is, “What do you do for a living?”. I don’t always ask this question early on, it depends really. When I met Leann and Joe for the engagement session at Promised Land State Park, I didn’t ask right away. But when I decided to ask, something told me that Leann was a nurse or somehow in a field where she helps people. She has such a sweet and gentle personality. (I had already met her sister a few months ago when Leann’s nephew was born. Her sister is equally as sweet, so it must run in the family.)
Leann and Joe did a great job for their engagement session! They visit this park so frequently that it was important to them to have their engagement session here. It’s a huge part of their lives and I can see why. It’s a beautiful park and although we didn’t venture into the trails, I imagine they will create many more memories over the years here. I’m so happy they chose a place so special to them. Sadly, I won’t be photographing their wedding. 🙁 I know, I know, grab the tissues. They were so fun to work with! I enjoyed my time hanging out with them and they are such beautiful souls I would have loved to watch them promise forever. Thankfully, we are now facebook friends so I can wait patiently to see photos next year. Congratulations, love birds!
