For those of you who have been following me or are clients, you may know this is my third studio. But like they say, “Third time’s the charm.” I believe that to be true in this case. The first two just didn’t work out for various reasons. Now I’m so happy to have my largest space and it was built just for me. An even bigger bonus is that it’s in Moscow, PA. Although I live about 20-25 minutes from my studio, Moscow is “my town”. My kids go to school at North Pocono which is in Moscow. We are always here so it’s definitely more convenient for me than Scranton was.
When I first saw this space it was completely raw. There was some insulation up and that was about it. My landlord didn’t seem to even think I’d like it before he opened the door. I walked in and my eyes lit up. It felt like home. I knew it was the right space for me. I saw what this big open space could be. Then came the planning process. I had to decide where I wanted walls, paint and flooring. I was most nervous about the walls. If I didn’t do it right, I’d only have myself to blame. But after careful thought I knew what needed to be done. I’m so happy with the outcome. I have amazing landlords and the space is just what I’d hoped it would be. Now that’s it is done, I am so excited to share this photography studio tour with you all.

Over the past year my father has struggled with various health complications and has been in and out of the hospital.
