I just love doing an in-home newborn session! When Quinn’s mom reached out to me to book her newborn session, I couldn’t help but agree. She said, “lifestyle session in our beautiful old home.” She won me over quickly. I made the trip to Nanticoke to meet this beautiful family for the first time. They were so welcoming and I was fascinated with their old home. I love history so I proceeded to ask them to tell me all they knew about it. Maybe one day, I’ll get the old home of my dreams.
How about this nursery? I just love the beautiful blue color on the walls. It is very similar to the color I used in my bedroom. It’s such a soft and soothing color. I’m sure it will help her parents relax a little bit during all those visits to the nursery. I love the modern simplicity of the room. It has the perfect amount of touches to not overwhelm. They have great taste and style.
Quinn was in a very snuggly mood. She definitely preferred to be held and feel secure. It is so perfect that her parents chose an in-home newborn session for her. I’m not so sure a posed studio session would have been something she enjoyed. I hope you enjoy looking through some of their session photos. It was a true pleasure working with them and I am looking forward to watching Quinn grow.
