Rick & Emily Clarks Summit Engagement Session

Rick & Emily arrived moments after I did for their Clarks Summit engagement session.  I asked them if they were nervous.  They chuckled and answered that they were.  It is rare I get a couple who arrives and answers that question with a confident “no”.  Early on in their session, I decided that they were one of two things.  They were either more confident than they were letting on OR they are very good at hiding their nerves.  They did an amazing job and I didn’t have much directing to do.  Maybe it’s telepathy or just that they are naturals.  I would be thinking I wanted them to do something, start my sentence of direction and they would just fall into what I wanted without me even really asking.  Gosh I’m so excited for their wedding day.  Portraits will be a breeze!

I have to congratulate these two!  They just bought their first home!!!! How awesome is that?  I know that buying a home can be nerve wracking. I’m so happy it’s a done deal and they can start making it their own.  I can’t wait to see photos of their first Christmas tree in their home.  I will see you both in less than a year!  Cheers to you both.  Enjoy your engagement because it will go quickly.  Before you know it, you will be walking down the aisle.
