Carrying a baby takes long enough as it is.  You feel like you are pregnant FOREVER.  But when you have been faced with loss, pregnancy takes an eternity.  You just want that final day to arrive and know your baby is okay and safe in your arms.  That day finally came on December 30, 2014.  Boston Michael made his debut into the world!  He was a healthy and handsome baby boy.  He was greeted by his parents with such an incredible love and appreciation.  He was adored instantly by his 3 older sisters.  This is one lucky little boy.

I enjoyed my visit to their home.  Kristine wanted a lifestyle newborn session instead of a posed newborn session.  It was so great hanging out with them all for the day and capturing little clips here and there.  Now let’s be honest here, since we are good friends I spent a lot of that time just snuggling Boston.  Oh boy is he a great snuggler.  He is so handsome and sweet. I had a hard time giving him up so that I could make the 2 1/2 hour trip back home.  I hope I get to snuggle him again before he is too big and on the move!

I send all my love to the Kraft family and wish them well with their newest addition.  It was a journey worth the wait!  To any other families out there struggling to have a child or more children, don’t lose faith.  Support each other and surround yourselves with positive energy, prayer and love.  Hugs to you all!

Big sister, Maddie, volunteered to change Boston’s diaper.  She received her first lesson and did a great job! I hope she helps out with more diapers. 😉

I loved watching Charolette look on while mom nursed Boston.  I have a feeling mom will be finding her nursing her own babies.  When I first met Kristine, Charolette was a nursing baby.  Oh how time flies!
