Beginner’s Photography Workshop

My first class sold out and was a success. Everyone seemed to enjoy the class and learned from it. They said having me right there to assist with cameras and answering questions was very helpful. They believe it was worth the time and investment. So, I’ve decided to offer another class!
Did you recently get a new DSLR and are overwhelmed with how to use it? Or maybe you have owned your dslr for a few months/years and still have no idea why your photos are so blurry. Spend some time with me in my studio learning the basics of photography and using your camera.
This class is perfect for moms, dads, grandparents, or anyone who wants to learn. This class is not intended for photographers or to make you a professional photographer. It will give you a better understanding of your camera and photography basics so that you can take control over your camera for better every day photos.

From a first run participant:
“I thought you explained everything in an understandable way. Some people have the knowledge but can’t teach someone else…that’s not you. I finally got to read through your entire handout last night. That was (will continue to be) a great resource as we continue! I was a little worried it would be too basic when I heard most of the participants just took their cameras out of the box, but it was perfect. Although it was a little cold, we still were able to do some hands-on practice in your studio. That helped.”
