I am truly blessed to have a job that is based on love. This is a wedding that would melt anyone’s heart. Eric and Al were married at The Beaumont Inn on a very sunny and hot day in June. It wasn’t long after I arrived that I knew how emotional I, the photographer, was going to get. I met up with some bridesmaids in the parking lot. They were laughing and already having a fabulous day. I went to find Al who was smiling and enjoying the morning. We had to get them both ready and head out for a first look.
Does Al know Eric or what? One of the gifts she gave him was an embroidered hanky. She knew he would need it and he put it to very good use throughout the day. Al had planned to do a first look with her ladies and their reactions didn’t disappoint! She did the same with her dad and then we rushed her off to see her future husband.
More tears were shed at their first look, ceremony and toasts. I cannot count how many times I have cried while shooting, editing and blogging this wedding. Al and Eric are so very lucky to not only have each other but have an incredible support system. They are so very loved and everyone is rooting for their happily ever after. They are both generous, kind and have beautiful hearts. I can’t wait to see their babies and watch them have a life filled with joy. Having the opportunity to witness such love weekly is a dream come true for this hopeless romantic. Cheers my friends! Thank you for inviting me along.
